Al comprar este boleto acepto que conozco las condiciones de este sorteo y las obligaciones fiscales a las que me hago acreedor en caso de ser el ganador de este premio. Condiciones generales: Este sorteo es realizado entre amigos y por lo tanto no requiere autorización de la SEGOB. En caso de que el sorteo tenga que ser cancelada por causas ajenas a Sorteos entre amigos Chapala se hará la devolución de su donativo. Entiendo que la entrega del premio es en Chapala, Jalisco, y que, en caso de incurrir en gastos de traslado a otra plaza, así como otros gastos propios del premio serán a mi cargo. Estoy consciente que el valor del premio es considerado por la Ley del Impuesto Sobre la Renta como ingreso acumulable y que en caso de resultar ser el ganador del premio seré sujeto al pago provisional del 1% sobre el valor del premio (según factura), dicho pago lo podrá acreditar contra el ISR anual y dicho costo va incluido en la suma total del premio. Cuando sea posible la elección de un premio de mayor valor, acepto las condiciones que establezca, Sorteos entre amigos Chapala respetando la normatividad vigente, de otra forma aceptaré el premio ofrecido. El premio se otorgará a la persona, que se encuentre registrada en el sistema con el número ganador. No se podrán registrar nombres de menores de edad en el sistema como posibles sujetos ganadores del premio, así como queda prohibido la participación de menores de 18 años. La rifa se realizará en vivo y será transmitida en la cuenta oficial de Sorteos entre amigos Chapala a las 8:00 P.m., fechas mencionadas en cada edición y será retransmitida la señal de LOTERIA NACIONAL a través de nuestra página. Se contactará al ganador para dar el seguimiento de entrega de premio con los datos que haya registrado al momento de adquirir su boleto.
